Gary Cook (President) |

Gary Cook serves as President of TEMSCO, Inc. He has
been with TEMSCO for over two decades. Mr. Cook has an
extensive background in security and energy management,
which is complemented by over 30 years of relevant
experience. Mr. Cook is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
and is licensed with the Texas Commission on Private
Security and Oklahoma Department of Health. He is a
distinguished member of the Association of Energy
Engineers, Security Managers Institute of AEE, National
Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA), Texas Burglar
& Fire Alarm Association (TBFAA), and American Society
of Industrial Security (ASIS).

Mitch Cook (Vice President- Marketing and Sales) |

Mitch Cook serves as Vice President of Marketing and
Sales. He attended Stephen F. Austin University and
Brookhaven Community College. Graduated University
of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Business. Mr.
Cook is a veteran, with over ten years with TEMSCO.
He has comprehensive experience in the field of Energy
Management & Security Application
installation/Assembly and Service. He is a valued member
of the Association of Energy Engineers.

Matt Cook serves as General Manager of TEMSCO. He
attended Texas Tech University. Mr. Cook has been
employed with TEMSCO for seventeen years. He has fifteen
years experience in Energy Management Application
Installation and Service as well as, three years
experience in Security Systems Application Installation
and Service

Danny Balcar (Design and Engineering Services Manager) |

Danny Balcar serves as the Design and Engineering
Services Manager. He has a Bachelor of Science degree
in Electrical Engineering from Texas A & M University
and has a Masters of Business
Administration degree from University of Texas,
Arlington. Mr. Balcar has been employed with TEMSCO for
twelve years. He has four years experience of RF &
Microwave Systems (Project Management & Engineering)
and ten years experience of EMS Project Management and
Engineering. Mr. Balcar is a Certified Energy Manager
(CEM) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
His affiliations include; Member of Association of Energy
Engineers, Novell CAN, Member of Texas A&M 12th
Man Foundation, Member of Texas A&M Former Student's
Association, and Member of Texas A&M Lettermen's
Association.

Daryl Hays (Security Field Operations Manager) |

Daryl Hays serves as the Security Field Operations
Manager. He attended New Mexico State University and
DeVry Institute of Technology. Mr. Hays has been
employed with TEMSCO since 1999. He has eleven years
experience in residential, commercial, and industrial
security as a branch and operations manager. Mr. Hays
is licensed with Texas Commission of Private Security
and is certified as a Residential Fire Alarm Superintendent
for the State of Texas (RAS) and is a NBFAA Level
1 Technician. Mr. Hays is a member of National Burglar &
Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA), Texas Burglar & Fire
Alarm Association (TBFAA), and American Society of
Industrial Security (ASIS)

| Randy
Dotson serves as the Controller of TEMSCO. Randy received
his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lee University
in Cleveland, Tennessee in May of 1983. Since, Randy
has worked six years of public accounting and over
18 years in the private sector. He has experience in
many different industries, and has been employed by
TEMSCO since 1996. Randy is a member of the Who’s
Who of Professionals and is also a Texas Notary |
