ENERGY MANAGEMENT TEST PROGRAM |
<< Back >> |
| |
| |
|
TEMSCO Solutions Energy Management Test Program is
designed to give potential clients the opportunity to
realize actual savings from an energy management system.
The program allows prospective customers to have an
energy management system installed at no cost to test
actual savings for a location. At the end of the test
period, if the savings are not realized TEMSCO Solutions
will remove the system at no cost. The goal of each
energy
management system is to provide a Return on Investment (ROI)
in less than twenty four months. The test program
consists of the following five steps:
|
| |
| |
|
Step 1: FREE Site Survey |
TEMSCO Solutions will survey a location to determine
what type of equipment is currently used. The site
survey will be used to develop a control strategy for
the location.
|
|
Step 2: System Design |
TEMSCO Solutions engineers will design a tailored
energy management solution based on the site survey and
the customers requirements.
|
|
Step 3: ROI Analysis |
|
TEMSCO Solutions will conduct a ROI analysis based on
the twelve month history of the site surveyed. This
provides a benchmark for the test system to achieve.
TEMSCO Solutions Certified Energy Managers (CEM) will
perform a real world cost analysis based on the
equipment in use at the location. A kilowatt-hour (KWH) reduction analysis is also provided to base the system
test on, which in turn justifies the dollar amount in
savings.
|
|
Step 4: Test System |
TEMSCO Solutions will install the designed system at no
cost to be tested by the customer. The test is based on
KWH reduction which is directly linked to the ROIs
dollars saved. The system test allows the customer to
make necessary changes to the system design, ensuring
that the system operates within the guidelines of the
location.
|
|
Step 5: Test Analysis |
|
TEMSCO and the customer will collaborate on the results
of the system test to determine if an Energy Management
System Program is viable. If the results are negative,
TEMSCO will uninstall the Test Energy Management System
at no cost to the customer. |
